Experts of the appraisal committee listened to the summary report on the development of the thermal hydraulic test bench for nuclear level seals, reviewed the technical documents and witnessed the bench test on site, and agreed that: the nuclear level seal thermal hydraulic test bench is the first set of self-designed and built thermal hydraulic test bench that can be used exclusively for nuclear level seals in China, which fills the gap in China, with all performance indexes reaching To the international advanced level.
The thermal hydraulic test bench for nuclear grade seals is the first set designed and constructed independently in China. It can simulate the actual working conditions of seals for primary equipment of nuclear power plant, such as reactor pressure vessel, pressurizer, steam generator, main pump shell, etc., and test and verify the reliability and effectiveness of seals. At the same time, the test bench can be extended to provide a research and development platform for the localization of seals in petrochemical industry.
